Women have been the muses behind the music for a long time. From inspiring the records to pushing them, it's truly the women that move the needle in the entertainment industry. March is Women's month so it's only right we hightlight some amazing women behind some of the biggest talent in music.


Ebonie Ward

Gunna's DS4EVER success was nothing short of amazing. The album went on to reach number one, surpassing The Weeknd’s “Dawn”. The thoughtful creativity and execution that went into Gunna’s album was orchestrated by none other then Ebonie Ward and her team of women behind the ATL superstar which includes his publicist, digital marketer and product manager. Ebonie was responsible for the flawless rollout of DS4Ever that we witnessed including thoughtful visuals for songs like “Livin Wild”, “You & Me” and “Pushin' P.” Her undeniable creative expertise and feminine touch can be seen with other artists she works with as well including Future and her female artist Flo Milli.


Stacia Mac

Polo G’ s momager prides herself on “birthing stars” and her son Polo G might just be the perfect proof of that. The Chicago rapper saw success back in 2019 with singles like Pop Out featuring Lil Tjay and his Through Da Storm off his "Die A Legend" project. Since then, Polo G released "Rapstar" in April 2021 as the third single from his third studio album, Hall of Fame, with the song debuting at the number-one spot on the US Billboard Hot 100. His mom Stacia Mac who is also his manager has a unique eye for what her son needs to lead the pack among other young rap stars in the game. His marketing campaign, which brought his love for basketball and music together, worked well and the unique strategy contributed to his success. Stacia has since added Asian Doll to her management roster. With her distinctive eye, Stacia Mac has her mind set on bringing another superstar to the forefront.

Melissa Keklak

Texas superstar KenTheMan has been rapping for the eight years. After managing herself for the first part of her career, Ken linked up with Melissa Keklak, whose worked with everyone from Mountain Dew drink company to Memphis rapper, Blac Youngsta. Melissa's transition to KenTheMan management started a few years ago but since then, the two have accomplished some pretty amazing things. From inking a deal with Asylum Records to going on to perform at Rolling Loud festivals and most recently earning a feature and co sign from rap legend 2 Chainz. With 2022 just getting started and new KenTheMan music on the way, Melissa is gearing up for an exciting year ahead.


Caroline "Baroline" Diaz

Caroline, known in the industry as Baroline, wears two hats as both an A&R and artist manager. The NYC-bred executive is responsible for helping artists like Da Baby and Polo G reach superstar status. As a manager, Baroline is responsible for Detroit breakout star BabyFace Ray. Ray recently dropped his highly anticipated album "Face", which featured artists like G Herbo, Landstip Chip, Icewear Vezzo, Pusha T and more. When asked about his manager being a female, BabyFace Ray told Billboard magazine, "Baroline does a hell of a job. She do her thing as far as handling everything that need to be done for me, I think we work well togther. She do what she do, and i do what i do, and it goes hand-in-hand. I think it's fly when you got a woman on your side."
