LIL UZI VERT TAPS IN WITH KAI CENAT AND 2 RAREE FOR "JUST WANNA ROCK" VIDEO

While the state of the music industry is constantly up for debate, the recently Philly/Jersey sound takeover is one all music listeners can agree on. With co signs from huge artists like Drake and Lil Durk, the club genre with Hip Hop influence is now becoming more popular than ever before. Just last night, Philly rap superstar Lil Uzi Vert shot a music video to his latest hit "Just Wanna Rock" with some new viral acts including YouTuber Kai Cenat and fellow Philly artist 2raree.

The video shoot took over SOHO, NYC as Uzi, 2 Raree and KaiCenat danced on top of cars while fans turned up in the street. "Just Wanna Rock" is an Mcvertt-produced single featuring the new signature Jersey club sound. Mcvertt is famous for producing for emerging rappers like Bandmanrill, ZahSosaa and more. The hard bass and fast rhythm is usually accompained by a dance created by Philly artists like 2raree, Dee Sturdy and Lay Bankz called "blicking." Lil Uzi has shown love to the new trend by creating videos doing the dance, connecting with emerging creators and now the "Just Wanna Rock" single. Still no date on when the video is set to drop but let's see if Uzi continues to break the internet with this one.
