TAKEOFF ENCOURAGES FANS AND NAYSAYERS TO GIVE THE MIGOS THEIR FLOWERS

The Migos have had an amazing career since first creating waves in 2018. From their hit single “Versace” (with Drake hopping on the remix) to more recent hits like "Need It" featuring NBA YoungBoy, fans have always enjoyed Migos records, for the most part.

Culture II didn’t resonate with fans the way any of the Migos previous records and projects did. Singles like “Taco Tuesday” had fans and critics saying that the group had lost it. Especially with group members Offset and Quavo entering romantic relationships with their love interests, fans were worried about not getting anymore hits from the trio.

And then, Quavo and Saweetie broke up. Fans commented that this is what the Atlanta rapper needed to jump back in his bag and they were right. Once Offset shared a snippet of a new song off the highly anticipated Culture III, social media went crazy with excitement. Not only did the snippet sound good, it confirmed that we will, in fact get new music for Atlanta’s hottest group soon. Takeoff made a statement on Instagram, encouraging fans and naysayers to give the rap group their credit “while they’re still here.”

Should the Grammy-nominated Migos get more credit for all they've done for the music industry?
